Our approach is highly customizable to meet your needs and budget, but all are based on the same principles. In close partnership with you, we start by identifying how ‘evolved’ your business currently is by looking that areas outlined above and using a Business Evolution Assessment that measures areas of strength and potential development with respect to:

Business Evolution. Measurement criteria such as; 

  • 1 = Nonexistent (We don’t do this at all),

  • 2 = Ad-hoc (we do this occasionally, but it’s not well defined) 

  • 3 = Defined (Some business units do this in a well-defined way)

  • 4 = Repeatable (We do this consistently in all business units)

  • 5 = Optimized (We optimize this through measurement across the business)

​We then review and agree with you on which of these areas are the most important priorities for action, ideally, the high-impact, low-cost interventions that can create some early wins and generate momentum. It is likely that any of your previous strategic planning will be updated and roll into this process. This step in our approach deals with ‘what' needs to be done and ‘why’, and for some clients, this may be sufficient. Strategic planning will likely include;

We would then work with to determine which initiatives would bring the best value. You would be presented with a report and strategic road map based on this complete with next steps and costs. This approach is low cost – high value way to assess your current situation and sets the foundation for understanding, in an orderly way, how to ensure you stay relevant and successful in an everchanging global economy. 

BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION 

  • For individuals and business owners who wish to establish solid ground work and start to see significant change within their business or their lives. This optimization program is designed to meet the client’s needs and provides much more involved planning and consultation from ES. This approach is for committed individuals or organization that are determined to see significant change in the shortest time frame. Starting with an initial sixty to ninety-minute consultations across a larger cross section of the business, it also includes working on-site with clients, traveling to conferences or meetings to represent the client, and more. You will quickly see a difference in your business, the marketplace and your lifestyle. You also receive exclusive invites to all ES activities that are appropriate for the your business development and marketing presence needs.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

  • Only for organizations who wish to complete a comprehensive strategic planning session with to truly identify, solidify and reach consensus on the business direction. It requires the most significant initial participation from the client but yields the most effective and meaningful results. Outcomes include a SWOT analysis, strategy map, details of the full scope of traditional and digital opportunities, an implementation road map, time line and internal change management program to holistically transform your business in the shortest amount of time. Ongoing review of all aspects of the plan and its implementation offers valuable insights and feedback on new changes that may impact your current and long-term business operations, marketing, sales, business development, partnerships and more.
